Due to safety guidelines, we cannot offer returns once an order has been fulfilled. Replacements are available for Masks and Chains purchased within the last 30 days. To make a replacement request please e-mail me at email@example.com Requests should include your order number along with photos and a description of the problem. We will make a new replacement item and ship it to you at no cost within 7-10 days of the replacement request.
